What forms of payment do you take?As our company is aimed towards international high school students, we want to use a payment platform that is easy to use and is not restricted to a specific geographical region. Thus, we have chosen at the moment to use only PayPal as our payment method. PayPal is widely used in the USA, so setting up your PayPal account now will also help you not only to use our services but also to start getting familiar with the ecosystem of apps that everyday Americans use.

How do I book a session?Go to https://www.collegepathwayconsulting.com. Once there, you can either scroll down until you see all our services or in the menu at the top of the page click "Tutoring" to get you there. Pick and choose what service you want to book, choose a time and date, and proceed to pay for the service to reserve your spot.

I want to cancel an appointment, what are the rules?For FREE sessions, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your session with NO penalty fee. If your session is scheduled to take place in less than 48 hours, you will incur a $15 penalty fee if you cancel. This is to discourage people booking sessions and not showing or bad actors trying to book sessions without really meaning to attend them. For PAID sessions, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your session with NO penalty fee. If you cancel any time between less than 48 hours but before 1 hour of your session, you will incur a $30 penalty fee. If you cancel less than 1 hour before your session starts, you will incur a $60 penalty fee. This is to discourage people booking sessions and not showing or bad actors trying to book sessions without really meaning to attend them.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
