Pick and choose what service you want to book, choose a time and date, and proceed to pay for the service to reserve your spot.
As our company is aimed towards international high school students, we want to use a payment platform that is easy to use and is not restricted to a specific geographical region. Thus, we have chosen at the moment to use only PayPal as our payment method. PayPal is widely used in the USA, so setting up your PayPal account now will also help you not only to use our services but also to start getting familiar with the ecosystem of apps that everyday Americans use.
For FREE sessions, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your session with NO penalty fee. If your session is scheduled to take place in less than 48 hours, you will incur a $15 penalty fee if you cancel. This is to discourage people booking sessions and not showing or bad actors trying to book sessions without really meaning to attend them.
For PAID sessions, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your session with NO penalty fee. If you cancel any time between less than 48 hours but before 1 hour of your session, you will incur a $30 penalty fee. If you cancel less than 1 hour before your session starts, you will incur a $60 penalty fee. This is to discourage people booking sessions and not showing or bad actors trying to book sessions without really meaning to attend them.
